Situated in the 1700 block of Corcoran Street, this flat is located a short walk from nearly all the neighborhood's biggest attractions. These include Dupont Circle itself, the renowned Connecticut Avenue shopping district, and the Dupont Circle Metro stop.
Our second Corcoran Street apartment provides warmth via Sedona Red floors with matching accents carried throughout the house in features such as doors and kitchen cabinets.
Natural light floods the ample living room via two sets of fresh doors overlooking the fenced-in, bricked back yard. Sleek modern furnishing combined with the amount of light adds to the parlor's feeling of abundant space.
The rest of the first floor includes a dedicated dining area that seats six people around the table. Set in the rear the kitchen, which is divided from the rest of the apartment, incorporates modern stainless steel appliances.
The full bathroom includes a full bathtub along with a vanity-mounted table-top sink. While the half bath is conveniently located adjacent to the dining area.
